He also created the company’s guest experience training video, winner of a 2000 Telly Award. Involved in leadership development, staff training, and onsite education and performance measurement, Jim fosters organizational development in an enterprise that explicitly values rock-and-roll rebellion. Jamie is an expert on cross-cultural field studies and has written on global culture from such wide-ranging perspectives as the Far East, West Africa, and Northern Ireland. They will open minds in an open-air locale on the Inner Harbor.
