The Experience Economy Expert Certification course credentializes professionals, managers, and executives as officially endorsed experts in the principles, models, and methods of experience staging. Participants engage deeply with the full body of work from The Experience Economy, including the Progression Of Economic Value, experience design principles, facilitation techniques, and proven approaches for applying and teaching these ideas inside organizations.
